Shipping:
Carnival Press ships to the US and Canada via priority mail. 99% of all orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date payment is received and secure.(this excludes weekends and holidays) Most orders are received by our customers within 3 business days from the date we ship the order.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied, we are certainly not going to be satisfied either! Return the book in unread condition within 7 days of purchase and we will more than gladly offer you a replacement or full refund. When returning merchandise to Carnival Press, carefully wrap the book and return it pre-paid US Mail. Enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return (so we'll know how we can improve) along with the name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund or exchange. Remedies are quickly initiated.
