First-rate stainless steel pushcarts can be purchased from a manufacturer. Or, a simple pushcart can be custom built in your garage. Each type of booth has advantages and disadvantages that are apparent only after a concessionaire spents time managing and working in a booth. Some booths are better suited than others for different menus, venues, and operators. Frequently a new concessionaire will start with a simple and inexpensive booth and only upgrade when they understand what type and design of booth is best for them.
